Arriving at your personalized quote involves an initial complimentary consultation where we dive deep into your event goals and needs. After understanding the scope of your vision, we will create a personalized proposal - no strings attached.
This designed for large or high-end events that require exceptional attention to detail. This package includes full event planning from concept to execution, a personalized theme with unique decor elements, complete vendor management (invitations, entertainment, catering, etc.), on-site coordination from start to finish (8+ hours), and post-event cleanup, creating a truly unforgettable experience tailored just for you.
This ideal for medium-sized events that deserve a personalized touch. This package features detailed planning sessions, custom theme and decor design, full vendor coordination and booking (including catering, DJ, florist, etc.), comprehensive setup and breakdown of the event, and 6 hours of day-of coordination for a seamless celebration.
This is perfect for smaller gatherings or simple events. It includes a consultation to discuss your event’s vision and theme, assistance with venue selection, customized decor setup, essential table settings and centerpieces, and 4 hours of day-of coordination to ensure everything goes smoothly.
How early should I contact you before my event ?
For the best experience, we recommend reaching out at least 3-6 months before your event date. This allows ample time to plan, customize, and secure preferred vendors and venues. However, if your event is sooner, don't hesitate to contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!
